Progress your Press ups

People often ask me how to progress their press ups and make them harder. There are loads of ways you can do this but this is one of my favorites. 

 

By balancing on weight plates you have to really engage your core to keep yourself from falling over. it also brings into play a lot more stabilising muscles around your chest and shoulder. 

 

So if you find traditional press ups too easy. Give these ones a try!
