Chris Dwight Transformation

 When Chris came to me he was 15 Stone and 28% Body fat. He is a determined character and I knew he could achieve fantastic results. He was already spending countless hours in the gym, however sticking to the cardio machines. I said to him we were going to get him to where he wants to be, Put on some Muscle along the way and we are barely going to touch a piece of cardio equipment. 


Chris took on everything I had to give him on nutrition. He has completely changed his attitude towards food and now knows exactly how to eat to maintain his fat loss journey and not yo yo back to where he used to be. 


He is now Sitting at 13 stone and 18.6% body fat and is still dropping.
